- Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 2 – 5 working days.
- Express Delivery: Available for an additional £14.95, with delivery in 2 – 3 working days to most households.
Please note: There is a 12 noon cut-off for same-day processing. Orders placed after 12pm will add one working day to the delivery estimate. The expected delivery window will also be shown on the checkout shipping page before you complete your purchase.
Warehouse & Order Tracking
Once you place your order with Afford Carpets, you will receive an email confirmation.
When your items are dispatched, we’ll send tracking details, and in most cases, a 3-hour delivery time slot. Deliveries occur Monday to Friday.
Receiving Your Delivery
- Delivery is typically to your external front door.
- In some cases, due to access limitations, delivery may be made to the nearest ground floor access point, such as kerbside.
- For flats or apartments, the driver cannot carry items upstairs.
- Some larger items may require assistance from the recipient during delivery.
Please note: Deliveries of items over 50kg may take longer.
Carpet Fitting Advice
We strongly recommend that you book your carpet fitter only after receiving and checking your order.
This allows for any unexpected delays or issues to be resolved without disrupting your fitting schedule.
